Atipik SA takes care of the personal data collected through its website and its exchanges with you. We limit its collection to what is useful to respond to your requests, prepare and provide our services, ensure the security of the website and understand how it is used.
This policy covers the atipik.ch website and the exchanges arising from it. Products and services that have their own privacy policy are governed by the document associated with them. Data processed on behalf of our clients is also subject to the applicable contractual provisions.

When you contact us
We process the information you send us by form, email or telephone: last name, first name, email address, telephone number, organization, website address, the content of your message and any attached documents, depending on the information you choose to provide.
This data is used to reply to you, understand your project, draw up a quote, prepare or perform a contract and follow up on our exchanges.
When you subscribe to our newsletter
Your email address is used to send you the news you have subscribed to. You can ask to unsubscribe at any time by writing to us at hello@atipik.ch.

Browsing the website and loading its third-party services involve the processing of technical data: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, date and time of the visit, the source of the visit and identifiers associated with cookies and similar technologies.
This information is used for the operation and security of the website, audience measurement, tracking our campaigns and understanding our professional audience. The services concerned are detailed below.

The website integrates services from Google, LinkedIn and Apollo. Loading them transmits technical and browsing information to these providers. Cookies and similar technologies are used in particular to recognize a browser or to link several visits together.

Recipients and processing abroad
The people at Atipik who handle your request have access to the information they need for their work. Technical service providers are involved in hosting, email, sending news and the measurement or tracking services described in this policy.
Google, LinkedIn and Apollo describe international processing in their privacy policies, in particular in the European Union and the United States. These documents set out their international operations and the protection mechanisms they state.
Disclosure may also be necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to respond to a valid request from an authority. We limit the information disclosed to what is necessary for that purpose.
Data retention
We keep the information necessary to follow up on your request and our relationship, and thereafter in accordance with the applicable legal obligations and evidentiary requirements. The retention period depends on the nature of the information, whether a contract exists and any statutory retention or limitation periods.
Information used for the newsletter is kept for sending news until you unsubscribe. An item allowing us to respect your objection may be kept to avoid re-subscribing you by mistake.
Retention periods for cookies and measurement data depend on the services and their settings. You can ask us for information about the retention of data concerning you.
Security
We protect data through technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risks, including restricting access and keeping the systems we manage up to date. Services entrusted to third parties must comply with the applicable security and confidentiality requirements.
If a data breach requires us to inform you, we will do so in accordance with legal requirements. No transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Subject to the conditions laid down in the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and other applicable rules, you can request access to your data, its rectification or its deletion, or object to certain processing. You can also withdraw your consent with effect for the future and, where the conditions are met, request that your data be handed over or transferred.

We act on deletion requests within seven business days where no legal obligation or other legitimate reason prevents it. If certain data must be retained, we will explain why. Access requests are handled within the applicable legal time limit.
